Here we GROW again! “Christmas on the Beach” has out grown the Hollywood Beach Theatre! This year we’re presenting “Christmas NEAR the Beach” at the Arts Park at Young Circle where it’s located in a 10-acre traffic circle in Downtown Hollywood. (http://www.hollywoodfl.org/artspark/)
“Christmas NEAR the Beach” is a variety show with singers, dancers, musicians, and performance artists designed to bring the South Florida community together to celebrate the wonder of Christmas. Going into our 6th year we have been blessed to present top artists in the community. Last year we featured recording artist Austin Adamec with his original single “Christmas on the Beachside.” Along with former SNL cast member Victoria Jackson our talented artists flooded the stage with the joy of Christmas! From a steel drum band, to a rollerblading Grinchy, to exquisite ballet artists, to old school Christmas caroling with audience participation, the event was seamless.
This year we anticipate over 3,000 people at the Arts Park for Christmas Near the Beach 2012. Expressions of Joy (EOJ Productions- a 501C3 organization) is once again the primary underwriter of CNTB. You can find out more about Expressions of Joy here: http://www.expressionsofjoy.org/
